Three tips to generate more leads for your business.

If you are an online marketer, odds are you are constantly trying to find new ways to generate more leads for your business. Gathering leads can be tricky; however, it is your job to find people who are interested in purchasing your product or service. But how do you effectively generate quality leads for your business using your blog? Check out these 3 tips to help you with lead generation.

Write More Content

Whether you are trying to bring more traffic to your blog, raise your search engine ranking or generate more leads, writing useful content is one of the most important things you can do. Let me point out that just any content won’t work—you need to ensure that your content is top quality. Your content needs to be useful to your readers, not just give them fluff to read. Providing useful, keyword rich content—and lots of it—will provide entryways (urls) to your blog. The more entryways you have floating around the web, the easier your blog is to find. If you are writing just one post per week, you probably aren’t pulling in a lot of leads. If you don’t think this tip works, try increasing your blog posts to one post per day for several weeks (during the Ultimate Blog Challenge is a great time to try this out). Track your results. The more visitors you have to your blog, the more likely hood of reaching those who are interested in your product or service.

Make Sharing Your Content Easy

If you are looking to generate more leads for your business, you will want to make it super easy for blog viewers to share your posts. Add social media sharing tools to your blog. This allows readers to Tweet your posts on Twitter or share your posts on Facebook with ease. The easier it is to share your content, the more often people will take the time to share what you have written. While they may not be interested in what you have to offer, someone on their social media sites may be very interested.

Comment On Other Blogs

If you are looking to generate more leads for your business, you need to consider commenting on more blogs. When you leave a comment on someone’s blog, you generate a link back to your blog by filling out the comment form on the blogger’s website. If they utilize “CommentLuv”, you will also leave a link to your last post. If you are comment on popular, good-quality, blogs it can definitely help you to gain readers and generate more leads for your business. Try commenting on three to five relevant blogs per day for about a month and see what this practice can do for your blog.

There are several other ways to generate more leads for your business, but these three tips can definitely put you on your way to increasing your leads.

What lead generating tips do you have to offer? How do you generate leads?

Thanks for reading and have a blessed day!

Guest blogging helps boost your blog traffic. “Image courtesy of Stuart Miles / FreeDigitalPhotos.net”.

If you stopped by my blog yesterday, you may have read the first post in my Boost Your Blog Traffic Series. I hope you enjoyed it. Today I want to offer up tip #2 in building your blog traffic – guest blogging. Guest blogging allows you to make new connections with other bloggers and to increase the amount of people you reach with your posts. Whether you are working a work from home opportunity, such as Motor Club of America (my personal work from home choice), or running a “mommy” blog, increasing the amount of people you reach with your posts is crucial. Here is how guest posting can help increase your traffic and build a bigger following for your blog.

Guest blogging helps build your standing as an authority figure.

When you guest blog, you write a post that will appear on another person’s blog. It will help you gather links back to your website and help build your presence as an authority in your field. After all, the person you are guest blogging for most likely doesn’t choose just anyone to post on their blog. Their readers trust their opinions and decisions, which is why they follow the blogger’s blog. By allowing you to post on their blog, the blogger is saying “Hey, take a look at this person’s post, they have something to offer you.”. This helps build your standing as an authority figure and someone who can be trusted.

Guest blogging helps spread the word about your blog

Your guest post will reach people and allow you to gain new readers. The readers of the the blog you are guest posting on have most likely never even heard of you or your blog. It allows you to spread your knowledge and information to individuals who aren’t familiar with what you have to say or what you do. If they find value in your guest post, they will follow your link over to your blog to see what else you have to say. This is a great way to build readership and make new connections.

Guest blogging drives traffic to your blog from search engines.

We all want search engine love, but it isn’t always easy to get. Guest blogging can help you gain traffic through the search engines—if done correctly. First off, you want to ensure that your content is quality. Second, you want to ensure that you aren’t guest posting for just any old site that will accept your post. Links from spammy, low quality, websites aren’t going to help you and will be looked poorly upon by the search engines. Chose websites that offer quality content and provide real worth to readers—then, do the same yourself.

If you have content you feel would engage my readers and grow their businesses, please feel free to drop me an email at info@MCAworkfromhome.com.

Thank you for stopping by and have a blessed day!

UBC bannerbox Boost Your Blog Traffic Tip #1 – Join the Ultimate Blog Challenge

Boost your blog traffic tip #1 – take the Ultimate Blog Challenge!

Looking to increase your blog traffic, gain more followers and increase your sales? If so, you will want to follow along with my boost your blog traffic tip series. Over the next few posts, I will be offering valuable information to help you increase the amount of traffic to your blog, which can also help increase the amount of products or services you sale—depending on the business of your blog.

For today’s boost your blog traffic tip, I want to introduce you to a online quarterly event that can help you increase your blog traffic. It is the Ultimate Blog Challenge, hosted by Michelle Shaeffer and Michele Scism. This event challenges the participants to post one blog post per day for a month. Now you may be asking why you should take this challenge and how it well help boost your blog traffic. I’m glad you asked. Let’s explore.

1. Keeps you disciplined.

Anyone who runs a blog—personal or business—knows that it can be difficult to stay disciplined where writing blog posts is concerned. When you begin your blog, you are excited and ready to post almost every day. Then the excitement turns to monotony. You start focusing on other parts of your business and you forget to post regularly. Or, it just doesn’t seem important. If you want to continue to bring visitors to your blog, you must write blog posts. The Ultimate Blog Challenge will help you build that discipline; you may not continue to post every day after the challenge, but you will better understand the importance of frequent blog posts. Frequent blog posts bring more traffic to your blog.

2. Builds your blog readership.

When you join the Ultimate Blog Challenge, you agree to read and share posts from other bloggers. At the same time, other bloggers are reading and sharing your blog posts. This helps to build up a following. Whether you gain a follower from the list of bloggers, or someone they share your post with, someone along the way will enjoy what you have written. Then that person will share your post—and so on, and so on. You need blog readers, you want blog readers. Working together the Ultimate Blog Challenge bloggers help to build a larger blog readership for each other.

3. Builds connections.

There is just something about connecting with other bloggers that I find…ummmm….helpful. Most of the people who read my blog are individuals interested in signing up with Motor Club of America or Motor Club of America associates who need help with building their business. I need these people to read my blog. It grows my business and increases my income. However, I also feel I need other bloggers to read my blog as well. Bloggers see your blog differently than potential customers. They have an understanding regarding how this whole thing works and how it needs to work in order to grow your business. Even the best blogger in the world can benefit from feedback from others with the same goals—to increase our readership and grow our businesses. We need the interaction that can come about from taking the Ultimate Blog Challenge.

4. Creates a habit.

Humans are creatures of habit—which also includes bloggers! If we participate in an activity long enough, it seeps into our brains and develops into something that simply becomes natural. If you are determined to blog long-term, you need your blogging ritual to become a habit. Participating in the challenge, even if you only post 20 out of the 31 days, creates that type of habit. You want to get into a routine with your blog. A routine where writing a blog post is as common as checking your email. Once you have built that habit, posting to your blog won’t seem like a chore—it will simply be an activity that you complete in order to grow your blog and your business.

It isn’t too late to join the Ultimate Blog Challenge. Just click on the link provided and follow the instructions. I am sure that you will find this first boost your blog traffic tip beneficial.

As always, if you are interested in learning more about Motor Club of America, leave a comment or send an email to info@MCAworkfromhome.com.

Happy blogging. Have a blessed day.

ID 100116072 300x199
5 Reasons Your Home Business Will Fail

Confused about why your home business is failing? Check out these 5 common reasons home businesses fail.

No one starts building their home business with the philosophy that it will fail. Most people begin their new businesses full of excitement and vigor. Ready to take the world by storm, with hopes of becoming successful early on. Unfortunately, this doesn’t happen for most entrepreneurs. While excitement toward their home business is a wonderful thing, every home business owner needs a good dose of realism and to embrace the concept of hard work and strategy.

Any business is only worth the time and hard work put into building it up. It won’t become a success over night. If you are a home business owner and you want to ensure your success, you first need to come face to face with the most common reasons that business may fail. Believe it or not many of those reasons have to do with not treating your business like a REAL job. Your home business, if you are working it to earn an income, is a real business. Let’s break this down a little and examine 5 reasons your home business will fail if you don’t take it seriously.

Allowing Yourself to Simply Not Work Because You are the Boss

When you are your own boss, it can be easy to decide to let yourself take a few hours, or an entire day off from work. I mean who is going to say anything to you for skipping work a little here and there? You might think that missing a little work time won’t effect your business, but you may be wrong. We all know that we need a little time off from time to time; however, we have to be choosey in when we take that time off—and to what length we can afford to be missing in action. Missing a day of work every now and then won’t destroy your business. It is when those days become frequent and we become accustomed to taking a lot of time off. While being your own boss can be freeing, you must ensure that that freedom doesn’t turn into recklessness with your home business.

Not Setting Regular Work Hours for Your Home Business

I can’t think of any (outside of the home) business that lets you come in and work whenever you want—without having regular business hours. So, why do you think you can do this with your business? Building a home business takes hard work. You are going to have to put the time in before you see any real results; that won’t happen if you are working 3 hours today, 1 hour tomorrow and 8 hours the next day. Set regular business hours and stay consistent. It doesn’t mean that you can’t change your work time if you have an appointment or an emergency. It just means that you are dedicated to running your business and making it a success.

Wasting Time with Busy Work or Insignificant Tasks

Do you obsess over checking your email? Do you spend far too much time on Facebook? Are you more of a blog reader than a blog post writer? While all of these things need to be done during the course of your business day, it is very possible to spend too much time on each task. You want to ensure that you are getting to the real work at hand and not just spending all of your time with busy work. Don’t check your email every hour. Set aside a specified time, maybe twice a day, to check your business email. Plan your Facebook posts ahead of time, so you can complete your posting and move on to other productive tasks.

Let Yourself Become Easily Distracted

When your office is also your home, distractions are all around you. Not only can you become distracted by things you find online, but also by things in your home. Television is a big distraction for many home business owners. Maybe housework and laundry are a big distraction for you. Whatever your main distractions may be, you need to set aside a time for these things and refuse to allow any distractions to cut into your work time.

Not Properly Tracking All of Your Work Activities

If you are running a home business and you aren’t organized, you need to pick up some organizational skills. It is important to know exactly what activities and tasks need to be completed each day and work through each of those items in a timely manner. If your home business requires you to meet specific deadlines, you need a way of tracking each item to ensure it is completed on time. Try keeping a list of all of the tasks you have at hand and check each one off as you finish that task. If you start letting tasks fall between the cracks, your business may not last long.

ID 100207656 300x249 Top 3 Reasons You Need a Blog for Your Business

If you aren’t using a blog for your business, you are losing sales. “Image courtesy of Stuart Miles / FreeDigitalPhotos.net”.

Let me begin by asking a question; do you have a business blog? If you answered no to this question, let me guess why you aren’t utilizing a blog for your business.

1. I’m just not into blogging.

2. Blogging is just too time consuming.

3. I don’t think that blogging is really worth it. It really isn’t effective.

4. I wouldn’t know what to blog about.

Did I get it right? Are these some of the reasons you haven’t decided to start a business for your blog? I have heard many other excuses as to why people don’t want to start a blog for their business and I normally leave the conversation shaking my head. While it is true that blogging can be time consuming, if you want to increase sales, find more customers and grow your business—you need a blog. I am going to give you 3 of the top reasons you should blogging. Ready? Read on.

A blog gives you authority.

When consumers look for a product or service they want or need, they look to an authoritative figure—be it a business or a person—to help them make their purchasing choice. They want to know that the business they are purchasing from is credible and trustworthy. This is where having a blog for your business comes in. If you are posting interesting, and relevant, content regarding your product or service you’re knowledge on the subject matter. As consumers read your posts, they come to understand you know what you are talking about and you become the go-to blog when they want to find information about the product or service you offer. You now have authority. You are the guy, or gal, with the information. This type of scenario also happens with word-of-mouth; however, individuals can’t run back to you every time they want to go over what you originally told them. If you have a blog set up for your business, they can revisit anytime they want.

A blog helps customers find you.

You may think that having a website is all you need to gain traffic—and your ½ way correct. When you build a website each page on that site receives a unique URL that will be broadcast (hopefully) across the search engines, allowing potential customers to find you. If you have a 10 page website, that means there are 10 different gateways by which you can be found. Now, let’s say you don’t have a static website (check this link for the differences in blogs and websites), but you have a blog that you regularly update. And let us say that you post 72 blog posts over the next 6 months—which means you updated around 3 times a week. Now you have 72 additional gateways by which customers can find your business. Like web pages, blog posts receive their own unique URLs that potential customers may stumble upon through the search engines. Ensure that you are providing relevant, useful content and your readers will keep coming back for more.

A blog makes you approachable.

When you are attempting to attract customers, you don’t want to seem like just another impersonal company. You want your customers to relate to your products and services. You want them to feel like your company is accessible and that it cares about its customers. A blog can help you do just that. Your blog posts allow you to show off your company’s personality, as well as offer quality information to your customers. Because individuals can leave a comment on your blog posts (if you don’t have comments enabled on your blog, change that like yesterday) they can ask questions and give you feedback on the services and products they have already used.

I could continue this blog and offer tons more information about why you need a blog for your business—there are so many advantages. If you have any questions or would like to know more reason on why you need a blog for your business, please feel free to comment below or send an email to info@MCAworkfromhome.com.

Thanks and have a blessed day.

I get a lot of questions about how I’ve used a blog to market my business. In answering these questions I have found that many people are confused about the differences in a blog Vs. website. If you are one of these people, don’t feel bad; I too was not completely educated about the differences when I began my work from home journey.

Let’s just start by pointing out that blogs and websites are completely different creatures. They can, and do, have similarities, but contain different elements and have very different purposes. To know which creature you need, blog Vs. website, you must first understand how each differs from the other so you can decide which one is best for you and your business.

Content

When you frequent a blog, you will notice that the content changes—if it is updated properly. The content (or blog posts) will change depending on the blog writer’s content schedule. They may update their blog once per day, twice per week, twice per month—but the content will update and change. If you visit entrepreneur Michelle Shaeffer’s blog, the first page you see will contain a summary of her latest posts. Click on the title of any of the posts from that day and you can read the entire post. Blogs showcase content in reverse chronological order, meaning that the freshest content will be at the top of the blog summary page—with older posts being being underneath based on the post date.

At the bottom of each post you will also find a place where you can comment on her content. You can share your opinion, ask questions or simply thank her for the information. Comments make a blog interactive. They give the reader the opportunity to share their views on the content and can allow the blog owner the opportunity to expand their thoughts and begin a real conversation on the subject.

When you visit the main page of a website you will see static information. I’m going to use the Jenny Craig website as an example; only because it is that time of year when everyone thinks about getting healthy and geared up for Summer. The website shows off information about the Jenny Craig program. When you click on the tabs at the top of the page you are taken to pages of “static” information that tell you all about the program and offer tips and hints for your weight loss journey. While the content will most likely be revamped over time, it doesn’t include content that is updated on a regular basis. I do want to point out that this website does host links to weight loss blogs, although it isn’t an actual blog.

Unlike a blog, there is also not a place to leave a comment regarding the information on each page. This website is here to show information about the program and to sell products and services. It is an online advertisement. And other than the forum that this particular website offers its viewers, the communication only goes one way—from the website owner to the website viewer.

Overall Feel

Websites normally have a more professional feel. The content is often written more formally. Blogs, however, are often written in a less formal way. The goal of a blog is to put out informative/educational information about a topic. The topics may vary depending on what is going on in the blogger’s life or what topic the blogger wishes to educate her readers about. While websites can also offer educational/informative content, it is normally geared toward the service or product the website is showcasing.

Conclusion

Simply put, think of a website as an online storefront—where you go to purchase a service or product—and think of a blog as an online magazine—where you go to read regularly updated information about a topic or somehow related topics—example: a parenting site that talks about topics related to babies and children.

I hope this has helped clear up some of the differences between blog Vs. website. If you still have questions, please leave a comment or contact me at info@mcaworkfromhome.com.

Have a blessed day!

Heard a lot about MCA Motor Club but just aren’t sure if you could make money marketing their benefits package? Do you wonder what the MCA work from home associates package would offer you? Well, wonder no more.

There are two reasons individuals decide to join MCA; they either want to become an MCA member, taking advantage of the great MCA Motor Club benefits, or they want to earn an income with MCA—and enjoy the benefits as well. In this article, I am going to break down all of the benefits offered to MCA members and MCA associates. Let’s get started!

MCA Motor Club Benefits Package

The MCA plan offers ERS or Emergency Roadside Service to individuals needing help when stranded with a vehicle problem. Whether you have ran out of gas, had a flat tire, or experienced a dead battery, MCA will dispatch someone to help you with your issue.

If your vehicle needs repair, you will be provided with towing services, so that you can tow your vehicle in for repairs. The plan allows your vehicle to be towed up to 100-hundred miles from the point where the vehicle became inoperable.

The MCA Motor Club plan is not only for vehicles, but also covers boats, motorcycles, RVs, livestock trailers or dually trucks. The benefits plan is offered for these vehicles at no additional charge to you—the member. Locked out of your vehicle? Never fear! You can contact MCA and they will provide information regarding a locksmith to help you out of your situation.

As a member of the MCA motor club plan you will also receive ER (Emergency Room) benefits in case you are injured. The protection plan covers items such as casts, x-rays, lab work and nursing and/or physician care. If you are hospitalized, you will receive one hundred fifty ($150) per day as a daily hospital benefit. This amount is paid directly to you and is honored up to $54,750.00. Being hospitalized because of a vehicle accident is something most of us hope will never happen and don’t often think about—until it happens. If you find yourself in an accident and needing hospital care, the MCA Motor Club protection plan is there to help you cover your expenses while you recover from the accident. The protection plan also offers an accidental death coverage benefit and an accidental death benefit plan.

Again, these benefits are paid directly to you. If your regular vehicle insurance policy covers all of your physician and hospital expenses, you still receive the money from the MCA Motor Club benefits plan. There are also other benefits, such as hotel discounts, that you will enjoy when you enroll as a member.

You can check out all of the great benefits offered by MCA Motor Club by reviewing the MCA Presentation Book.

MCA Motor Club Associates Package

If you are considering joining the MCA Motor Club and becoming an MCA work from home representative, you will be glad to know that you will enjoy all of the above benefits—just like any member of MCA. However, you will also have the ability to earn an income with your new MCA business.

MCA associates receive $80 for every qualified referral they send to the company. Motor Club of America does not pay hundreds of thousands of dollars a year to the media for advertising; instead, MCA pays its associates to market the business. Every time you sign up an individual to become either an MCA member or an MCA associate, you receive $80.00 for that referral. There are not many companies out there that pay their associates such a high referral fee.

As an MCA associate you also receive free training, a free company website and a free back office website full of materials and information to help you with your new business. The company also provides its associates with conference calls and webinars to help those who are new to the business or new to marketing in general.

The money you earn as an MCA associate is direct deposited weekly into your checking account—allowing you the added benefit of not waiting on a check to arrive in the mail.

My Personal MCA Work From Home Experience

The MCA Motor Club has been such a blessing to me and my family. I have been able to help my husband provide for our family with the added income, while continuing to be at home for our five children. In 2013, I was able to bring in over $52,000. with MCA. I am thankful to God above for allowing me to find this wonderful company.

I have also used the membership benefits several times. Knowing that I have piece of mind when I am on the road with my children—and something should happen—is a wonderful feeling.

If you are skeptical, know that I was too. I researched the company many times, scrutinizing every level, until I was comfortable with MCA. If you have any questions, I would love to provide you with answers and show you how you can start your own MCA work from home business.

MCA logo
What is MCA? An Introduction to My Business Opportunity

Ever wonder “What is MCA”?

I constantly get asked the question “just what is MCA?”, when I tell people about one of the business opportunities I work as a work from home mom. Given the copious amount of questions regarding MCA, also known as Motor Club of America, I have decided to dedicate the rest of the week to providing information about this opportunity.

What is MCA?

Motor Club of America was started in 1926 to provide protection to truckers. In October 2011, MCA redeveloped it’s protection plan to include personal vehicles. This protection plan is not insurance, but a roadside assistance program. If you break down on the road, whether you run out of gas, have a flat tire or your car simply stops working, MCA will provide you with help depending on your situation. MCA also offers a host of other benefits to its members. Check out all of the additional benefits MCA offers.

How Do You Make Money with MCA?

MCA Associates earn money by marketing the MCA benefits program, either to those interested in using the roadside assistance program or those who want to market the program. MCA pays its associates $80. for every qualified referral, which is deposited into their checking account the following week. If you refer 10 people to the program this week—Sunday through Saturday—MCA will deposit $800., into your account the following Friday. While many people are skeptical at first—I know I was—once they join, and work the program, they see the possibilities. (I actually made over $55,000. with MCA in 2013.)

How Do You Market the MCA Opportunity?

I market the MCA opportunity many different ways. One way is by providing information right here on my blog. When individuals visit my page they can access all of the information I have provided on my pages and in various blog posts. I also utilize a capture page, where people can leave their name and email address to gain even more information about becoming an MCA associate. I also post ads on various classified advertisement websites. I’ve joined blogging groups, where I share my blog posts. I sometimes write articles for e zines regarding work from home topics and add a link back to my website. And, I also utilize sites like Facebook and Twitter to share information. There are many different ways in which you can market MCA to get information out about the money making opportunity.

I hope that this blog post has helped answer a few questions regarding the question “What is MCA?”. If you would like further information regarding Motor Club of America, please leave your questions in the comments section or email me at info@MCAworkfromhome.com.

Visit my blog tomorrow when I will outline the many benefits of the MCA program.

While you are here, stick around and watch my latest video regarding MCA. Have a blessed day!

If your 2013 MCA marketing plan didn’t include social media, you seriously need to expand your horizons with a social media marketing plan. Odds are your customers, and all of your potential customers, are using social media on a daily basis; shouldn’t you be as well? When I began my journey with MCA, a friend of mine quickly showed me how important it was to start a social media campaign. It didn’t take long for me to see the huge potential. Still not convinced? Take a look at the following reasons your MCA business should be utilizing a social media marketing plan.

(This goes for any business, not just those of you who are marketing the MCA program.)

Learn to Work Your Business at An Online Social Level

Communicating online is a little different than communicating in the “face to face” world. When you are speaking to someone face to face, it is easy to gauge their emotions—you are less likely to misconstrue the true meaning of what they are saying. By adding a social media marketing plan, and utilizing social media, you learn how to become a better communicator.

Build Better Relationships with Your Customers

As I pointed out before, your customers are online. If you aren’t marketing your business online, you can bet one of your competitors is. With social media, you can directly communicate with your customers. You have the ability to answer their questions in a timely manner. With that being said, it is extremely important that you are on top of your social media campaigns. If you don’t reply to your potential customers with answers to their questions, someone else will.

Online Word of Mouth Travels Really Fast

There was a time when news couldn’t travel any faster than Aunt Edna and her rotary phone. Who would have thought that the Internet would make gossip and news travel any faster? Today, people like and share pages on Facebook all day long. If they see a tweet they like, they re-tweet it. It doesn’t take long for the word to get out about your business. The only catch? You have to be putting out content that people will want to share and tweet about—make sense?

What advantages have you found to using a social media marketing plan for your business? Leave a comment below and let me know your suggestions.

No matter where you are with your business—whether it is growing rapidly, sitting stagnant or just getting started—the New Year is a great time to put new life into your work at home business. The New Year brings a chance to start over, to redo things differently. It also give us a chance to really start fresh. If you are looking to revive your work at home business, follow these tips to start your New Year out with a bang.

Set Goals

Many of you are most likely tired of hearing how you need to set goals for your business. Isn’t wanting to be successful and earning money enough? No it isn’t! If you are serious about your business, you need to get serious about setting goals. In order to achieve a goal you need to actually be working toward it—and you can’t do that by simply thinking about the goal from time to time.

Set weekly, monthly, bi-yearly and yearly goals. Determine exactly what you want to accomplish in the next year and where you want to be at that time. Once you have done this, you will want to determine what weekly and monthly goals you need to set that will get you to your yearly goal. Breaking down your goals sets a clear path to your ultimate destination.

Become Organized

If you aren’t already an organizational freak, become one. Okay, maybe you don’t have to go that far; however, it will help you improve the daily workings of your business to become better organized. Maybe you need to keep better track of your tax paperwork than you did last year. Perhaps you aren’t keeping up with client files. Find the area you are weakest in and work on becoming more organized in that department.

Stop Kidding Yourself Regarding Your Weaknesses

Whether you are working at home or outside of the home, all of us have tasks we have to complete that we don’t like or just aren’t good at. Don’t keep attempting to complete those important tasks—without proper instruction or help. If there is an activity that you need help with consider hiring someone who is competent and skilled in that area. If you can’t afford to hire help at this point in your career, think about taking a class to help improve your abilities in that part of your business. This is a New Year, time to take control of your work at home business.

Find Some “Me” Time

I don’t know how many times this was said to me before it finally sunk in. I was working day and night. I would wake up in the wee hours of the morning, before the children got up, and I would stay up much later than I should have in order to complete work that just couldn’t wait. The truth is that most of the work could have waited, I was just being too fastidious. Don’t forget the YOU in YOUr work at home business. It is important to take some time for yourself. Go out and have lunch with a friend, watch a movie with your family or just sit and read a book. Also, don’t forget to get enough sleep. You are no good to anyone if you aren’t rested and ready to run your work at home business the right way.
